Each one of you joined the real estate business for a reason, and most of you want to improve the lives of the people around you, right?
I’m often asked what makes RE/MAX Realty Affiliates different from anyone else. And I was just like you, though I always wanted to become a broker. I love nothing more than to teach agents step by step what they need to do to have a thriving business and a great quality of life.
It’s one thing to have a crazy business, but if you have a crazy life and a crazy business it’s not very fun at all. When I started RE/MAX Realty Affiliates, I wanted to form an elite group of agents who were really focused on professionalism, productivity, and making a positive impact on the community. I didn’t want our business to be about amassing agents; I wanted the sole focus to be on helping agents with tools, resources, culture, and support, allowing them to produce far more than anyone else.
We are proud to have done just that for the past 15 years.
One of the things I noticed with agents is that they’re often feeling stuck in their business. They work too hard and don’t make enough money. At that point, I feel like it’s time to step in, and RE/MAX Realty Affiliates steps in better than anyone else in the marketplace.
It’s important for agents to use systems and structure in their business to help take it forward. So many agents quit after getting stuck where they are, slowing burning themselves out. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
We follow a complete, customizable agent development system—not every agent has the same needs. We sit down with each one and talk about everything to do with their business, like how they produce, their prospecting methods, and what they need to do to go forward. From there, we create a plan to help them work smarter. One of the things I do with our elite agents is help them take time off so they can step away from their business and spend valuable time with their family.
