For the past 14 years, agents at RE/MAX Realty Affiliates have gone to the closing table twice as much as our competitors. Here’s why.
March is here, and if you’re a college basketball fan, that means one thing: March Madness.
One of the amazing things about March Madness is the fact that it allows David to beat Goliath. The “Davids,” like Loyola-Chicago from last year’s tournament, are truly remarkable, but I find the “Goliaths” interesting as well.
We all know there’s a small circle of elite teams that usually make the Final Four each year. Schools like Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and Villanova are always popular picks to go all the way. What is it about these elite teams that gives them Goliath-type DNA? Is it star players? Star players help make a great team, but these days, they aren’t around very long in college. Building a dynasty requires more—something less fleeting and more strategic. In short, it requires building a culture that breeds success.
Building a culture of success for driven real estate agents is the model that we’ve focused on here at RE/MAX Realty Affiliates for the last 14 years. Like the teams that make the Final Four every year, we focus on recruiting people with exceptional talent. From there, we surround that talent with the kinds of tools, resources, education, and support that allow them to win and play at levels they’ve never played at before.
For the past 14 years, agents at RE/MAX Realty Affiliates have gone to the closing table twice as much as our competitors, and that’s no accident. Our entire focus is on helping our agents work smarter, not harder, and perform at an exceptional level. You can only do that when that’s your sole focus. We’re not busy running lending companies or constantly hiring and training new agents. We pour every resource we have into each agent on an individual level so they can win at this game called real estate.
If you think plugging into this culture and taking advantage of these resources can perfect your A-game, give me a call; we can look at your playbook and rewrite it so your next story is all about how you’re getting to the closing table twice as often as you were before. I look forward to speaking with you.
